Visiting the new seasonal restaurant “Aegina Vasilissa” in Souvala at the island of Aegina was such a great positive surprise.

It is located at the outskirts of the little village the view of from the terrace is breathtaking, especially the moment the full moon appeared in the horizon.


The design of the store balances the modern with the traditional so it gives a very relaxing feeling.



The service was warm and very professional and all members of the crew knew exactly what to do in the best possible way.
All the dishes that we tasted were well thought of and very nicely presented. We had the spicy saganaki with prawns, the octopus and the calamari for starters and then the sfyrida with asparagus and the chylopites with octopus.
The cocktails were great and the wine list very well updated.




The dessert (galaktoboureko) was a modernized version of a very traditional one and for me, the execution was exceptional.
Overall, it was a wonderful evening and a wonderful closing of our summer vacations.
